We have the access to create many consistencies and strengths for topical applications.

Solutions and Suspensions

Commercial preparations may not be available in low enough strengths and may not be as effective for the pediatric population. This dosage form may also benefit those who have trouble swallowing tablets and capsules. We have a wide range of flavors available such as grape, strawberry, bubblegum, apple, cherry, marshmallow, vanilla. For veterinary flavors: chicken, braised beef, bacon, tuna, salmon, liver, peanut butter, cheese

Transdermals delivers medication via skin as an alternative to oral use.

Chewables/Tablets

Tiny tabs small, flavored tablets that dissolve in the mouth. Chew treats treats that incorporate medication into a food base.

Troches

These are small lozenges that dissolve between the cheek and gum over a period of about 30 minutes

Unavailable Medication

Medications are often discontinued or not available from a manufacturer because of various reasons such as drug recalls or shortages of the active ingredient. If the medication is not available in a timely manner, and our compounding pharmacy has access to the active ingredients, we may be able to formulate as desired.
